Enrollment Procedures and Forms

Now accepting enrollments for the 2010-2011 school year. School starts September 7, 2010. Part-time enrollment is available in an accelerated 9-week block schedule.

Step 1: Reserve your spot, register online

The first step to enrollment is to fill out a brief Online Registration form to Save Your Spot for the 2011-2011 school year.

Step 2: Complete Enrollment Application forms and gather required documents

Full-Time Students
Documents for full-time students include ED-01861-21, Non-resident Agreement, Enrollment Application and Enrollment Packet

Part-Time Students (18-Week Semester)
Documents for part-time students enrolling in an 18-Week Semester include Enrollment Application, OLL supplemental notice, Waiver of 50% and Part-Time Student Contract.

Part-Time Students (9-Week Semester)
Documents for part-time students enrolling in an 9-Week Semester include Enrollment Application, OLL supplemental notice, Waiver of 50% and Part-Time Student Contract.

Once registered online, fill out, print, and sign all required forms and gather required documents. New MCoOL students are required to submit all forms and documentation prior to enrollment at our school.

Step 3: Mail or fax completed forms and documentation to MCoOL

Please note that all forms requiring signature must be printed and signed before submitting.
